This cat reminded me of my cat and the look he often has on his face. I swear, sometimes he stares past me like he’s seeing a whole other world we’re completely oblivious to, perhaps a ghost only he can see. This drawing captures that moment perfectly, that intense, wide-eyed look of feline mystery. While we humans see nothing but an empty room, cats are clearly onto something far beyond our understanding. Or maybe they just saw a fly. Who knows?
