BLUE FLAMINGO

This drawing was a special commission—a blue flamingo. Do blue flamingos actually exist? Some online sources claim they do—apparently, they feed on blue M&Ms or blueberries, which supposedly give their feathers their blue color. But every picture of a blue flamingo on the internet looks fake, plastic, and lacks depth. The challenge was to create a blue flamingo that still looks realistic, even though such creatures don't actually exist.
